We extend a full refund and exchange for packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. It's important to note that fragrance oils in clear or crystal bottles are exempt from this policy. Refunds apply exclusively to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Promotional, reduced, or discounted items are not eligible for refunds. Please be aware that we can only facilitate a refund or replacement if the product is damaged, contingent upon receiving video or picture evidence of the damage.
