Delivery Information
Our delivery timeline commences upon order acceptance and incorporates a 24-hour processing and dispatch period for your items. While we strive to ensure timely delivery for all orders, shipments to remote destinations may not always arrive within the specified timeframe.
Working closely with our shipping partner, we aim to minimize potential delays for our international customers. However, please note that we are not accountable for any customs clearance delays.
We offer delivery services to the UK, Europe and middle east, providing free shipping for orders over £40 in the UK and £100 in Europe and Middle East.
• UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) – Free over £40
• UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £3.50
• UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5.50
• UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only) – £8.50
• EU Standard Delivery (8-10 Working Days, customs fees may apply) – £15.50
• United States and Canada (8-10 Working Days, customs fees may apply) – £30
• Middle East (3-5 Working Days, customs fees may apply) – £15.50
Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. For express delivery, orders must be placed before 12 pm. We process orders Monday through Friday, 10 am-5 pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders received outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Express delivery orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.
In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of order may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, Reeh Al Madinah reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
