Delivery & Shipping Information
Orders are processed after confirmation and include a 24-hour preparation and dispatch period. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take longer than expected.
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery for our international customers. However, customs processing times are outside our control, and we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities.

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders.

Shipping Options
• UK Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) – Free over £40
• UK Second Class Delivery (2–4 working days) – £3.50
• UK First Class Delivery (1–3 working days) – £5.50
• UK Express Delivery (1–2 working days, weekdays only) – £8.50
• EU Standard Delivery (8–10 working days, customs charges may apply) – £15.50
• United States & Canada (8–10 working days, customs charges may apply) – £30
• Middle East Delivery (3–5 working days, customs charges may apply) – £15.50
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours whenever possible.
For express shipping, orders must be placed before 12 PM.
Our order processing hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
Express delivery orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Additional Shipping Costs
In rare cases, the initial shipping cost calculated at checkout may not fully cover the actual delivery cost. If this happens, Reeh Al Madinah reserves the right to request payment of the difference before the order is dispatched.
